Refund Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for refunds on payments processed through JustForPay.

1. Nature of Payments

JustForPay acts solely as a technological intermediary. We do not sell products or services, and therefore, are not responsible for their quality, delivery, or satisfaction.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Once a payment is completed, it is non-refundable unless:

The merchant agrees to issue a refund.

There is clear evidence of fraud or unauthorized transaction.

3. Refund Requests

To initiate a claim:

Contact the merchant first.

If unresolved, email us at support@justforpay.app within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Disputes

We reserve the right to investigate requests and issue a decision based on available evidence. Our decision is final and binding.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the original payment method.
